BACKGROUND

The Sharper Image was looking to develop a custom iPad stand, stylus and charging station for the home kitchen.

ASSESSMENT

JAM designed and developed a line of metal and elastomeric based stands and accompanying styluses for sale under the RCA and The Sharper Image store brands. Each design addressed the support and stability requirements in tandem with the creation of a new and unique form language which can be transposed across future product lines.

SOLUTION

JAM refined the designs, created fully functional prototypes and continues to work closely with the manufacturing bases in Asia to bring the products to market with total design integrity.
