POSITIONING

BACKGROUND

pHenOH was originally created as a healthy, ALKALINE alternative to conventional sports drinks. Created by dentist Alex Schmotter, an all-American Lacrosse player, pHenOH has a patented buffering process and ingredient profile. JAM was asked to reposition the brand so that it would have a broader appeal  to include health conscious individuals.

ASSESSMENT

The benefits needed to be clearly communicated in a compelling and approachable way. The repositioning would move away from a “sports drink” and into a one that would be the “ultimate nutrient delivery system”.

SOLUTION

The infographic of the energized figure, encircled by the 7 icons, clearly communicates the benefits in a fresh and active way. The color liquid graphic at the bottom grounds the design, helping to communicate great refreshing taste.
