How could the Palmolive Naturals line of hair care products regain consumer relevance and win at shelf?

ASSESSMENT

Consumer insight showed that natural hair care products were viewed as possessing less scientific hair care expertise, which consumers considered essential for maintaining healthy hair.

SOLUTION

JAM created a unique look for the brand, one which communicated the convergence of hair care technology with natural ingredient extracts and strongly planted Palmolive Naturals as a key, global beauty brand. For the global rollout JAM designed over fifty different variants, totaling over 120 SKUs.
